About the role
Our client, a rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, is seeking a high-achieving Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth within their enterprise client segment. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to build and manage a robust sales pipeline, cultivate strong client relationships, and close significant deals with large organizations. You will be responsible for understanding complex customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and exceeding ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to excel in a self-directed, remote sales environment.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed enterprise sales quotas. Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through proactive prospecting and relationship building. Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of enterprise clients. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closing. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within target enterprise accounts. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience. Negotiate complex contract terms and pricing structures. Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments. Accurately forecast sales opportunities and manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and positioning our solutions effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets. Demonstrated success in selling complex software solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers in large organizations. Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the enterprise software landscape. Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-motivated, and fully remote sales environment. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. A proactive, results-oriented approach to sales.
