Our client, a rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company at the forefront of innovative digital solutions, is seeking a driven and accomplished Senior Account Executive to join their fully remote sales organization. This high-impact role focuses on acquiring and managing enterprise-level clients, driving significant revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales plans, building strong relationships with C-level executives, and understanding complex business needs to position our client's cutting-edge software solutions effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in enterprise software sales, demonstrating exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Experience in selling to large enterprises within specific verticals (e.g., finance, healthcare, manufacturing) is highly desirable. You will be a self-starter, highly motivated, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting, while also collaborating effectively with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive long-term partnerships. Key responsibilities include: Driving new business acquisition by identifying and engaging with prospective enterprise clients. Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at the executive level. Conducting compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs. Negotiating complex contract terms and closing high-value deals. Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure a seamless client experience. Managing and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline within the CRM system. Staying current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product advancements. Providing market feedback to product and marketing teams to inform strategy. We require a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 5-8 years of successful enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology. Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets is essential. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are paramount.
