We are seeking a driven and accomplished Senior Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing significant new business opportunities within enterprise-level accounts. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of complex sales cycles, a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, and exceptional skills in consultative selling and client relationship management. You will be expected to develop strategic account plans, conduct compelling product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new enterprise sales opportunities within assigned territories or vertical markets. Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to penetrate and expand business with key clients. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing. Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders. Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable and sustainable business agreements. Achieve and consistently exceed annual sales targets and performance objectives. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices. Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of successful enterprise sales experience, preferably in (Specific industry). Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas for complex solutions. Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and build strong executive relationships. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies.
