About the role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join their dynamic sales team. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by developing and closing new business opportunities within enterprise accounts. You will leverage your expertise in solution selling and your deep understanding of the software market to build strong client relationships and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities within target enterprise accounts. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales quotas and expand market share. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients. Conduct product demonstrations and present compelling solutions tailored to client needs. Understand client business challenges and articulate how our client's offerings provide value. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales objectives. Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure client success. Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline effectively. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments. Represent the company professionally at industry events and conferences. Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to a positive team culture. Manage a defined territory or vertical market with a focus on achieving consistent sales growth. Understand customer pain points and translate them into actionable sales strategies. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong track record of exceeding quotas. Demonstrated success in prospecting, qualifying, and closing complex sales cycles. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with senior-level executives. Strong understanding of solution selling methodologies. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events. Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized. Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector. Familiarity with various sales techniques and pipeline management.
