This pivotal role will focus on driving new business acquisition within the enterprise sector, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing complex deals. Responsibilities: Prospect, identify, and qualify new enterprise sales opportunities. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within target accounts. Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs. Understand client business objectives and position our solutions as strategic partners. Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to develop effective sales strategies. Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets consistently. Develop and execute strategic account plans for key enterprise clients. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics. Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management reports. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline through various outbound and inbound channels. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in enterprise sales, with a strong record of exceeding quotas. Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions, preferably in the technology or software industry. Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand diverse business challenges. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives. Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools. Experience in understanding and articulating value propositions for technical solutions.
