With full autonomy over your territory, you will balance the precision of a high-level hunter winning new logos with the finesse of a strategist expanding our footprint within key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Driving Market Conquest (New Business Development)

Your primary focus is to establish Lepaya as the premier partner for France’s leading organizations. You won't just follow a script; you will:

  • Identify and penetrate high-potential accounts, using a sophisticated "hunter" approach to engage with C-level stakeholders and HR Directors.
  • Lead the strategic discovery process, transforming abstract business challenges into concrete, high-impact learning solutions.
  • Orchestrate the full sales cycle, from initial high-level outreach to complex contract negotiations and closing, ensuring every new logo aligns with our long-term vision.
  • Act as a market authority, representing Lepaya at exclusive industry events and building a robust pipeline that consistently resets the bar for excellence.

Scaling Strategic Partnerships (Account Expansion)

Once the door is open, you ensure we grow deep roots within the organization. You will:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to our existing clients, maintaining a pulse on their evolving business goals to identify new areas where Lepaya can add value.
  • Design expansion roadmaps, collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers to architect "boardroom-ready" proposals for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maximize lifetime value by ensuring our solutions scale alongside the client’s growth, turning successful pilots into company-wide transformations.

Shaping the Future of the Product

As the face of Lepaya in France, your insights are the bridge between the market and our innovation. You will:

  • Champion the "Voice of the French Market," providing direct feedback to our Product and Marketing teams to ensure our roadmap stays ahead of local trends and competitor moves.
  • Stay at the forefront of EdTech and HR trends, ensuring our clients always view you as a source of market intelligence and strategic foresight.

What you will bring

  • 7+ years of B2B solution sales expertise in France, with a demonstrated history of acquiring new enterprise logos and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Sector expertise in L&D, EdTech, or HR Tech (highly preferred), allowing you to hit the ground running with industry credibility.
  • A sharp "hunter" mindset with the resilience to navigate multiple and different sales cycles and the strategic depth to manage high-value accounts.
  • Command of the C-suite dialogue, possessing the executive presence to act as a peer to HR Directors and top-level management.
  • Consultative selling mastery, specifically the ability to map complex business challenges to transformational learning solutions.
  • Emotional intelligence and cross-functional agility, ensuring seamless collaboration with Customer Success, Delivery and Product teams.
  • Data-driven discipline, using CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage a precise and predictable pipeline.
  • Advanced French and fluent English, with the communication finesse to navigate an international scale-up environment.

The First 60 Days

  • Month 1: Master the Lepaya methodology and shadow the team on active deals to understand our unique sales approach and delivery model. Start leading discovery calls and manage qualified, warm prospects alongside the team to build your initial pipeline momentum.
  • Month 2: Take complete responsibility for a selection of 3–4 strategic accounts and drive your own territory strategy from prospecting to closing.
