We are hiring a Senior Account Executive – GCC (Commercial Lead) to drive pipeline generation, close new business, and help build the foundations of our regional go-to-market motion.

Role Overview

This role goes beyond a traditional Account Executive position.

In the short term, you will personally generate pipeline and close deals while helping build scalable go-to-market processes and align regional sales, marketing, and partnership efforts.

As the business grows, you will help shape and support the future BDR and sales organization in the region.

You will report to the GCC Sales Director and work closely with product marketing, partnerships, and presales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Pipeline Ownership

  • Generate and own new business pipeline across GCC markets
  • Lead enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closing
  • Carry and deliver against individual revenue targets
  • Build relationships with banks, fintechs, and financial institutions

GTM & Pipeline Development

  • Help structure scalable outbound and pipeline generation strategies
  • Define target customer profiles and account strategies
  • Work with marketing and partnerships to activate lead-generation channels
  • Improve pipeline quality, conversion, and sales execution processes

Team & Market Development

  • Help build foundations for future BDR and sales hires
  • Contribute to regional sales playbooks and best practices
  • Provide product and market feedback to leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years’ experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, fintech sales, or strategy consulting
  • Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals or shaping GTM motions
  • Experience selling to banks or financial institutions preferred
  • Experience in GCC markets strongly preferred

  • Strong hunter mentality with ability to generate pipeline
  • Comfortable operating in high-growth startup environments
  • Commercially minded and process‑oriented
  • Able to work cross‑functionally across sales, marketing, and partnerships
  • Builder mindset with interest in shaping a growing regional business
