Your Role

As a Payroll Specialist / Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhalter (m/w/d), you will be responsible for:

• Processing payroll accurately and on time.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Managing employee data and maintaining payroll records.
• Liaising with tax authorities and other relevant bodies.
• Handling employee inquiries regarding payroll.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and relevant legislation.
• Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., DATEV is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
