About the role

Our client, a rapidly growing SaaS provider, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join their dynamic sales team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Nigeria. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed company revenue targets. Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling. Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand client needs and showcase the value proposition of our solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within prospect organizations. Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and our client. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics. Accurately forecast sales opportunities and manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM software. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a quota-carrying role. Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close six-figure deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and the technology sales landscape. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving results.
