About the role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth and expand market share. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to manage your sales pipeline from anywhere. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process. You will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, providing exceptional service and support to clients.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective clients. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions. Negotiate and close complex sales agreements. Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market demands. Track sales activities and provide accurate forecasting using CRM software. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Develop proposals and quotes tailored to client needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a Senior Account Executive role. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented. Strong presentation skills. Ability to understand and articulate complex product features and benefits. Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
