About the Role

  • Work directly with customers via telephone, and email to describe products and/or services in order to sell potential customers to purchase new products and/or services
  • Educates customers on product offerings and services, and explain pricing and answers questions from customers building value in the customer relationship.
  • Follows up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact
  • Maintain and update database and customer records
  • Continued product education to better service customer calls
  • Maintains accurate daily record of sales qualified leads in sales tracker.

About You

  • 3+ years experience as an Account Executive (able to manage and close large and small sales deals, and work closely with customer success team).
  • Strong customer service and telesales skills
  • Assertive, out‑going entrepreneurial spirit
  • Get‑it‑done attitude, not afraid to roll up the sleeves to get things done in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Experienced in Web Based Applications and Windows
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi‑task and prioritize
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business or related field.
  • Effective communication and client presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks

Requirements
