Our client, a fast-growing SaaS company, is seeking an accomplished Senior Account Executive to drive sales growth and expand market share in Akure, Ondo, NG . This is a critical on-site role where you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in the B2B SaaS space, with a deep understanding of software solutions and their value proposition. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and demonstrating how our innovative software can solve their challenges. This involves conducting compelling product demonstrations, developing customized proposals, and negotiating contracts. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals for SaaS solutions. Identify and target potential clients within assigned territories. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client business challenges. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations. Develop and present customized proposals and pricing strategies. Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging. Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to internal teams. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings. Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive or similar sales role, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Excellent understanding of software solutions and the SaaS business model. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a competitive sales environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
