About the role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join their thriving remote sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within our target markets. You will leverage your deep understanding of SaaS solutions and your exceptional sales acumen to build strong relationships with potential clients and guide them through the sales cycle. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing significantly to our company's success.
Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct thorough discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand client needs and articulate the value proposition of our SaaS solutions. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations. Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and contribute to sales strategy development. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in SaaS sales. Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports for management. Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, guiding them toward solutions that best meet their business objectives. Effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment to maximize productivity. Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative remote sales culture. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a track record of exceeding quotas. Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals. Excellent understanding of the SaaS business model and common technology solutions. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with senior executives. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting. Strong organizational and time management skills. Adaptability and a willingness to learn about new technologies and markets. Experience selling into enterprise-level accounts is a plus.
