This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Identify and prospect potential enterprise clients within target markets. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities. Conduct in-depth needs assessments and deliver compelling product demonstrations. Effectively articulate the value proposition of our technology solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers. Negotiate and close complex sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale follow-up. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in enterprise technology sales, consistently meeting or exceeding quota. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software. Demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales cycle and close six-figure deals. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of technology solutions and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools. Self-motivated, driven, and able to thrive in a remote, autonomous environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Ability to build rapport and credibility with senior executives. A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming sales obstacles.
