About
The Account Manager is responsible for the management, development, and retention of a portfolio of existing clients already equipped with our ERP. Their central mission is to drive and secure the migration of our On-Premise clients to our Cloud solutions, while developing revenue through the sale of recurring services, complementary solutions (cross-sell), and new opportunities within accounts.
He/She plays a key role in ensuring revenue predictability, medium and long-term commercial planning, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Missions
- Promote and sell Cloud migration offers to On-Premise clients.
- Guide clients through reflection, preparation, planning, and decision-making stages.
- Work closely with Professional Services teams to build tailored proposals, secure timelines, and ensure an optimal migration experience.
- Develop revenue from recurring services (managed services, premium support, ongoing support, monitoring, additional Cloud services, etc.).
- Promote packaged service offers and increase penetration of recurring solutions within existing accounts.
- Support the client in evolving their usage to maximize value and renewal.
- Ensure regular in-person follow-up and strengthen proximity with key contacts.
- Identify pain points, anticipate churn risks, and manage corrective actions.
- Ensure each client receives high-quality service, in coordination with internal teams (support, PS, finance, product, etc.).
- Develop and maintain an account-based retention plan and growth strategy.
- Ensure revenue predictability through a clean, reliable, and continuously updated pipeline.
- Build and maintain medium and long-term planning for projects, migrations, and planned purchases.
- Report regularly on:
- opportunities,
- observed market trends,
- risks and priorities,
- retention,
- Cloud migration progress.
- Actively contribute to the accuracy of the forecast and monthly/quarterly commercial commitments.
Profile
- Proven experience in client account management (Account Management or equivalent).
- Solid knowledge of ERP environments and/or Cloud migrations.
- Ability to sell high-value-added services and solutions.
- Excellent communication, client leadership, and multi-stakeholder management skills.
- Sense of planning, commercial rigor, and predictability.
- Results-oriented, negotiation skills, and strong ability to identify and develop opportunities.
