We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales & Relationship Manager to join our Sales Switzerland & Liechtenstein team in Zurich. In this role, you will act as a senior and trusted partner for clients, owning relationships end to end and driving sustainable revenue growth through upselling and cross selling within existing accounts.

What You Will Do

  • Act as a senior, trusted point of contact for clients, managing complex inquiries, commercial discussions, and stakeholder interactions with confidence.
  • Build, develop, and deepen long term relationships at all levels within client organizations, including senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and execute upselling and cross selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth against ambitious targets.
  • Own the onboarding of new clients and ensure a seamless transition into our services, laying the foundation for long term partnerships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, market trends, and regulatory dynamics to anticipate challenges and deliver tailored, value adding solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high quality delivery, client satisfaction, and a consistently positive client experience.
  • Represent the company as a senior ambassador at client meetings, executive touchpoints, industry events, and conferences.
  • Manage and continuously develop a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasting, transparent reporting, and clear visibility on commercial performance.

What You Bring

  • Over 10 years of experience in sales and/or client relationship management, ideally within financial services or a complex B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to independently manage, grow, and retain client portfolios, including carrying and delivering against significant revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage at senior and executive levels.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and commercial acumen, combined with a proactive and results driven mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and German required; additional languages are an advantage.
