Role Description
The Senior Account Manager will oversee client engagements, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and act as the primary point of contact for client needs. Responsibilities include lead generation, managing projects, crafting client proposals, driving sales opportunities, ensuring successful project delivery, and coordinating with technical teams to meet client expectations. The position requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure solutions, including networking, cloud computing, and data centers.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management, account management, and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in developing project strategies, crafting proposals, and delivering client presentations
- Experience with IT infrastructure, including IP networking, cloud services, and data center solutions
- Familiarity with networking and security product companies such as Cisco, Juniper Networks (HPE), Arista Networks and Palo Alto Networks.
- Demonstrated ability in project management and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Previous experience in the consulting industry or similar roles is highly desirable
- Understanding and ability to use AI and AI tools for lead generation and sales activities
