The Role
- Manage and grow relationships with key customers and partners in Switzerland.
- Work closely with the Professional Services team and the wider Descartes organisation.
- Focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through upsell opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for contract renewals and ensure timely, accurate execution.
- Regularly visit customers and partners across Switzerland.
- Report to the VP of Sales and collaborate with international teams including Marketing, Professional Services, Legal, and Customer Support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B experience, ideally within SaaS or subscription‑based models.
- Strong domain expertise in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Solid understanding of Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) and Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes; knowledge of eInvoicing is a strong plus.
- Proven experience in customer‑facing roles with a customer‑first mindset.
- Ability to engage and influence senior executives and operational leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in German (Swiss) and English; French and/or Italian are an advantage.
