Your Role

• Acquire new customers: You identify business opportunities and build long-term partnerships in the Manufacturing Industries, Automotive, Retail, or Life Sciences sectors.
• Serve our clients: You develop existing accounts of our renowned clients and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Sales strategy: You plan targeted measures and consistently implement them.
• Market analysis: You observe trends and derive well-founded decisions based on market and competitor analyses.
• Teamwork: You collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.
• Network maintenance: You use industry events and trade fairs to expand contacts.

Your Profile

• Sales experience: You have proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the IT or consulting industry.
• Industry knowledge: You have a strong network and existing contacts with accounts in the Manufacturing Industries, Automotive, Retail, or Life Sciences sectors.
• Acquisition strength: Distinctive skills in new customer acquisition and building customer relationships characterize you.
• Work style: You work independently, organize your tasks confidently, and are committed to your topics.
• AI competence: You confidently use AI tools in your field, critically evaluate the results, and support clients and adessi in leveraging AI potentials.
• Language skills: You communicate confidently in German and English.
