What You'll Do
- You will be responsible for the sales of our sophisticated service portfolio in the area of Enterprise Information Management (EIM), with a special focus on customer communication in document and data-driven business processes, and will have revenue responsibility in this regard.
- In addition to selling the standard ECM software from world market leader IBM, you will also be responsible for selling our own complementary solutions.
- You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing. The main focus is on proactive acquisition and winning new customers. You will competently advise potential new customers, submit and negotiate offers, prepare and conclude contracts with consistent follow-through.
- Another task will be to take care of our existing customers.
- With your commitment, you will significantly contribute to the growth of Enterprise Content Management at CENIT (Switzerland) AG.
What You Bring
- Completed engineering degree or a comparable qualification
- You have more than 10 years of sales experience in the software industry, preferably in the areas of Enterprise Content Management, Enterprise Information Management, and Business Process Management.
- Terms like 360-degree customer communication, case management, file management, application modernization, and migration are part of your daily vocabulary.
- You enjoy customer communication and like to approach potential new customers to identify new opportunities in an initial conversation.
- An affinity for new customer business, a "hunter mentality," and a deep understanding of customer needs characterize you.
- In addition to team orientation, you bring analytical thinking skills, a structured and independent way of working, an innovative mindset, and a high sense of responsibility and quality.
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken, and willingness to travel accordingly – French skills would be an additional advantage.
