What you'll own:
- Building relationships with key decision-makers in major industrial sectors
- Negotiating contracts and driving new client initiatives
- Account Management
- Full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, assessing, selecting the best engineering talent
- Leading and mentoring your own team of consultants
What we're looking for:
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
- Over 5 years of experience
- Fluent in German+English (required) | French is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, high energy, ownership mindset
