About the role
- Become a Senior Account Executive at one of the ten largest commercial brokerage firms, managing a dedicated account worth $7 million.
- You will be in charge of overseeing daily operations related to servicing Real Estate portfolios.
- Your role involves gathering and managing data about renewals, as well as identifying opportunities for rounding and cross-selling.
- You will prepare and submit applications to marketing teams or carriers, making sure to follow up for the prompt arrival of quotes and policies, adhering to renewal and expiration procedures.
- Additionally, you will handle renewals following agency guidelines and evaluate cancellation requests, taking necessary actions to keep accounts.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include meeting clients in person, conducting risk assessments, and delivering renewal presentations.
Requirements
- New Jersey Property & Casualty License required.
- A solid understanding of coverage across all areas of commercial lines insurance is essential.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- We are open to hiring and training personnel for our large lines unit while managing our top-tier "premier" accounts directly.
- Candidates should have prior experience in staff supervision and exposure to significant commercial accounts and risk management.
- A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience is necessary.
