Your Role

In the course of a planned succession, we are looking for a technically and personally convincing Senior Account Manager (m/f/d) in the Automotive OEM / Commercial Vehicles sector.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for strategically relevant OEM customers in the Commercial Vehicles segment at national and international level
  • Developing existing customer relationships from component supplier to strategic development partner
  • Identifying and developing new market and product fields in the context of the transformation of the automotive and commercial vehicle industry
  • Commercial management of complex modules, assemblies, and systems, as well as their technically sound positioning with the customer
  • Leading demanding offer, price, and contract negotiations with OEM customers at senior level
  • Project management in the acquisition phase, including steering interdisciplinary teams from development, quality, purchasing, and other interfaces

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed engineering studies, e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or comparable qualification
  • At least ten years of sales experience in the Automotive OEM environment, ideally with a Tier-1 supplier of technically complex products, modules, or systems
  • In-depth knowledge of the Commercial Vehicle sector; experience with Off-Highway applications is an advantage
  • Demonstrable experience in complex offer, price, and contract negotiations, as well as in enforcing price adjustments
  • Deep understanding of OEM organizations, decision-making processes, development cycles, and current industry transformation processes
  • Assertive and diplomatic sales personality with strategic foresight, entrepreneurial thinking, and fluent German and English language skills
