About the role
Senior Accountant - Manufacturing - Cost - Inventory

- Lead cost accounting and inventory valuation processes across a dynamic operating environment
- Drive month‑end close activities related to inventory, COGS, and production reporting
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve standard costing models (labor, materials, overhead)
- Analyze cost variances, manufacturing performance, and margin drivers to provide actionable insights
- Partner cross‑functionally with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to support decision‑making
- Oversee and improve inventory controls, including cycle counts and physical inventory processes
- Evaluate scrap, yield, and efficiency trends to identify cost‑saving opportunities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and overhead allocation modeling
- Help drive ERP and reporting enhancements, improving data accuracy and visibility

- Professional Development: Support for CPA/CMA, continuing education, and career growth
