We’re looking for a Senior Accountant who wants a seat at the table - someone who can connect financial data to real operational decisions. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leadership, operations, and supply chain to drive profitability, improve cost visibility, and influence how the business runs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead cost accounting and inventory valuation processes across a dynamic operating environment
• Drive month‑end close activities related to inventory, COGS, and production reporting
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve standard costing models (labor, materials, overhead)
• Analyze cost variances, manufacturing performance, and margin drivers to provide actionable insights
• Partner cross‑functionally with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to support decision‑making
• Oversee and improve inventory controls, including cycle counts and physical inventory processes
• Evaluate scrap, yield, and efficiency trends to identify cost‑saving opportunities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and overhead allocation modeling
• Help drive ERP and reporting enhancements, improving data accuracy and visibility

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $105,000 – $125,000 (commensurate with experience)

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA a plus)
• 7+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing or product‑based environments
• Deep knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, and variance analysis
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into business insights
• Experience working cross‑functionally with operations or supply chain teams
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement
• CPA or CMA or progress towards certification
• Experience with ERP systems (costing modules, inventory systems)
• Background in budgeting, forecasting, or operational finance
