Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Onboarding & Master Data Compliance Conduct credit checks and contract reviews for local French customers, oversee master data compliance, and coordinate follow-ups for any information changes.
2. Financial Support for Sales & New Business Scenarios Provide full-process financial support for local new customer onboarding and new business scenarios, participate in system requirement follow-ups to ensure alignment with financial compliance.
3. Accounts Receivable Management Follow up on billing, reconciliation, collections, aging analysis, and bad debt analysis; identify anomalies and recommend improvements.
4. Process Optimization & Training Refine local AR operating guidelines based on local business and compliance differences, and organize process training sessions for the local sales team.
5. Internal Control Approval, Ledger & Asset Management Conduct financial compliance reviews in the OA system, identify and follow up on abnormal risks; manage various internal ledgers, and organize material and fixed asset counts.

Qualifications

1. Education & Background At least 3 years of experience studying or working in finance in France, with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. Language Skills French B2 or above (proficient as a working language), with good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
3. Professional Competencies Strong risk control awareness, cross-departmental coordination and communication skills, and ability to drive execution.
4. Work Ethic Strong team spirit, commitment to integrity, ability to work under pressure, and adaptability to multi-tasking and cross-cultural environments.
