Senior Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support a growing accounting team managing a portfolio of assets. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex accounting activities, gain visibility across the organization, and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Perform bank and account reconciliations and manage payables
• Handle accounting for more complex assets, including joint ventures
• Assist with portfolio-level reporting and roll-forwards
• Analyze financial data and identify variances
• Drive process improvements and support cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 2 years of experience at or near the Senior Accountant level
• Public accounting and/or real estate experience preferred
• CPA is a plus, but not required
