About the Role

This is not a typical Senior Accountant role. We are partnering with an absolute hidden gem of a company in the Baltimore County market and seeking a sharp Senior Accountant.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Big‑4 or large public accounting exposure (public clients preferred)
• Strong financial statement preparation experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to interpret legal agreements

Responsibilities

• Lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes for Joint Venture entities
• Review partner reporting packages and prepare equity income entries
• Support equity method investments
• Work directly with third‑party managers and internal leadership
• Contribute to SOX‑compliant reporting processes

Compensation & Benefits

• Base: $110K–$130K
