Job Description

Ready for the next step in financial control? As a Senior Accountant at SABIC in Bergen op Zoom, you will translate complex data into strategic insights for various European entities. You will direct the balance sheet and the P&L.

• You direct the monthly, quarterly, and annual closings according to IFRS and Dutch GAAP.
• You manage the complete Fixed Assets lifecycle and ensure compliance within project accounting.
• You optimize financial processes in close collaboration with other Finance disciplines.
• You advise stakeholders on balance sheet positions and profit developments.
• You facilitate internal and external audits by providing high-quality files.

Requirements

• You have a completed HBO or WO education in Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field.
• You have built up at least 3 to 6 years of relevant expertise within a complex, international financial environment.
• You combine solid experience with IFRS and Dutch GAAP with advanced proficiency in SAP (R/3, S/4 or FICO).
• You master the English language at a professional level, both orally and in writing.
