Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting

As a Senior Accountant Accounts & Finance at InputZero, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining financial accuracy. Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing daily accounting operations such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll, and general ledger activities. - Managing the month-end closing process to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. - Maintaining and reconciling balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial records. - Developing processes for estimating and recording provisions for expenses, losses, and liabilities.

In addition, you will be responsible for: - Supervising accounts payable and accounts receivable functions including invoice verification, approvals, payment processing, customer invoicing, billing, collections, and reconciliation. - Managing company cash flow, optimizing payment terms, building relationships with vendors and financial partners, and processing payments effectively. - Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements by preparing and filing GST and TDS returns, maintaining data for timely filing and reconciliation, handling foreign remittance payments, and overseeing payroll and employee compliance. - Coordinating with auditors for successful audits, preparing MIS reports, assisting in budget preparation, identifying process improvements, ensuring compliance with payment and credit policies, and supervising accounts payable and accounts receivable team members.

Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred). - 58 years of experience in accounting, finance, or statutory compliance roles. - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and Indian statutory regulations. - Experience in payroll management and financial reporting.

Required Skills: - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. - Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
