SENIOR ACCOUNTANT (FMCG)

A well-established FMCG manufacturing company based in Bellville is looking for a strong Senior Accountant to join their finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, detail-driven finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment where accuracy, accountability and initiative truly matter.

You will play a key role in the day-to-day accounting function, month-end processes, inter-company accounting, banking and reporting support within a dynamic manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Bank processing and reconciliations
• Intercompany reconciliations and resolving related queries
• Monthly accounting procedures and month-end preparation
• Annual accounting procedures and year-end preparation
• Asset register maintenance and account analysis
• Budget reporting and finance administration support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience
• Strong communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
• Experience within an FMCG, manufacturing or stock-driven environment will be advantageous
