Your new area of responsibility

• Preparation and coordination of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB
• Prospective involvement in the introduction or application of IFRS
• Support and contact person for auditors and tax advisors
• Support in reporting, controlling, and business analyses
• Ensuring and further developing financial processes
• Close cooperation with operational colleagues in accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Support in areas such as cash flow, budget planning, and forecasting
• Optional: Involvement in payroll/HR-related topics (depending on interest)
• Opportunity to take on technical responsibility for a small team

What you bring

• Sound experience in accounting / accounting / finance
• Very good knowledge of HGB, IFRS knowledge is an advantage
• Ideally, background from auditing or a comparable position
• Experience in preparing financial statements and in communication with auditors
• Broad understanding of finance processes
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Interest in developing into a leadership role in the future
