Lead accounting operations as a Senior Accountant within the manufacturing sector. Utilize your skills in full-cycle accounting and financial statement analysis in a hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).

Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, this role is crucial for managing day-to-day accounting tasks alongside month-end reporting. You will engage with inventory accounting to ensure accurate tracking, valuation, and reporting while collaborating cross-functionally to support business decision-making through thorough variance analyses.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting and month-end closes
• Prepare detailed financial statements and reconciliations
• Collaborate on inventory valuation and reporting
• Conduct variance analyses for strategic initiatives
• Enhance accounting processes and internal controls

Requirements

• 5+ years in accounting roles
• CPA designation is preferred or in-progress
• Proven experience in manufacturing or distribution
• Proficient in ERP systems, especially NetSuite
• Expertise in Excel for data-driven insights
