Senior Accountant

Our client, a well‑established services organization, is hiring a Senior Accountant to support day‑to‑day accounting operations and financial reporting. This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking for long‑term stability in a collaborative, low‑turnover environment. 3 days onsite, 2 days remote, after the training period

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts in accordance with GAAP
• Support month/quarter/year‑end close (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations)
• Perform complex account reconciliations (cash, prepaid, intercompany, etc.)
• Assist with audits and tax filings (e.g., 1099s, payroll‑related filings)
• Prepare financial reports and perform ad hoc analysis
• Maintain internal controls and support process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
