About the role
Position
Senior accountant 80-100% (m/w/d)
Das Team
- Agieren als kompetente/r Businesspartner/in in Controlling-Fragestellung für die lokale Organisation sowie das Mutterhaus
- Mitverantwortung für die konzeptionelle und operative Weiterentwicklung unseres Controlling-Systems, einschliesslich MIS, Vertriebs- und Profitabilitätsreporting
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung durch Bedarfsgerechte Erstellung, Aufbereitung und Interpretation von Standard- und Ad-hoc-Analysen
- Weiterentwicklung der Reportinglandschaft und Automatisierung von Standardberichten
- Verantwortung für den Budgetierungs- und Forecastingprozess
- Unterstützung beim Monats- und Quartalsreporting für unser Mutterhaus sowie bei den Jahresabschlüssen
- Verantwortung für das interne Kontrollsystem (IKS) und dessen Weiterentwicklung
- Aktive Mitarbeit in anstehenden (internationalen) Entwicklungsprojekten
- Je nach Background gegebenenfalls Schnittstellenfunktion im Bereich IT
Wir erwarten
- Abgeschlossenes Studium an einer Fachhochschule oder Universität oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Controlling
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einer Vertriebsgesellschaft oder einem Handelsbetrieb
- Hohe digitale Affinität, routiniert im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Erfahrung in der Automatisierung von Reports (VBA, Power Automate) sowie Kenntnisse in SAP sind von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine systematische und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten

Requirements
- Completed studies at a university of applied sciences or university, or a commercial apprenticeship with further training in controlling.
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a sales company or a trading company.
- High digital affinity, proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Proficient German and good English skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as a competent business partner in controlling issues for the local organization and the parent company.
- Co-responsibility for the conceptual and operational further development of our controlling system, including MIS, sales and profitability reporting.
- Support management through needs-based creation, preparation, and interpretation of standard and ad-hoc analyses.
- Further develop the reporting landscape and automate standard reports.
- Responsibility for the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Support with monthly and quarterly reporting for our parent company and with annual financial statements.
- Responsibility for the internal control system (IKS) and its further development.
- Active participation in upcoming (international) development projects.
- Interface function in the IT area, depending on background.
