Responsibilities

• Own payroll data coordination and discrepancies
• Supervise billing and payment applications by Junior Accountant
• Ensure accurate vendor invoice coding and payments
• Finalize month-end close and prepare reconciliations
• Provide mentorship to Junior Accountants

Requirements

• College or university degree in accounting or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant professional accounting experience
• Strong skills in QuickBooks and Excel required
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
• Experience in small to mid-sized company environments
