Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Variance Analysis support or ownership
• Maintain accurate general ledger records, including fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and depreciation
• Analyze financial statements and investigate variances
• Support external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
• Review cash flow analysis and banking reconciliations
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Serve as a mentor/reviewer for junior accounting staff as needed
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Collaborate with FP&A, Payroll, AP/AR, and other departments to resolve accounting issues

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• 3–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA or CPA-track preferred, not required
• Experience with full-cycle close
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in Excel
