Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accounting Manager, based in Lancaster, PA. The Senior Accounting Manager will oversee and manage financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing journal entries, overseeing fixed asset records, and conducting financial analyses. The individual will work closely with leadership to provide financial insights and contribute to the organization's operational success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and comprehensive knowledge of Finance
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Expertise in managing Journal Entries and Fixed Assets within accounting systems
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent is preferred
• Experience with nonprofit accounting is a plus
• Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams
