Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain AEM front-end components, templates, dialogs, and workflows to deliver engaging and responsive web experiences.
  • Design and implement user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for AEM-powered websites and applications, ensuring consistency with brand and accessibility standards.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable front-end code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and AEM-specific frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and design concepts into functional AEM components.
  • Work with backend developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionality.
  • Implement integrations with third-party systems and APIs to enhance site capabilities.
  • Participate in technical discussions with team leads, gathering requirements and proposing front-end solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and architects to deliver high-quality, scalable AEM solutions.

Qualification Required

  • Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in AEM development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe AEM Sites front-end development, including components, templates, and HTL.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
  • Familiarity with AEM frameworks such as Sling models and client libraries and how they work in coordination with AEM backend.
  • Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers and backend developers in a cross-functional environment.
  • Solid understanding of front-end performance optimization and accessibility standards.
  • Knowledge of storybook is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across the AEM front-end stack.

Additional Details

  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js integrated into AEM is beneficial.
