Responsibilities

• Agent Architectures Design: You conceptualize and implement scalable multi-agent systems for complex, semi-autonomous decision-making and execution processes.
• State and Decision Logic Modeling: You develop structured state machines, planning mechanisms, and tool orchestrations for controlled autonomy.
• Evaluation Frameworks Establishment: You define metrics and test procedures for measuring the stability, goal achievement, and error rates of agent systems.
• Guardrails Implementation: You develop security mechanisms, rollback strategies, and control points to limit unintended system decisions.
• Production Readiness Assurance: You transfer agent architectures into scalable cloud or container environments and integrate them into existing system landscapes.

Your Profile

• Education & Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in developing complex AI systems with productive responsibility in an enterprise context and have completed a degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or a comparable technical field.
• Know-How & Expertise: You understand agent architecture patterns, decision logic, orchestration concepts, and basic reinforcement learning principles.
• Tech Stack: You work confidently with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or comparable orchestration tools, as well as cloud and API integrations.
• Work Approach: You work systematically, experimentally, and with a clear focus on the controllability and stability of autonomous systems.
• AI Competence: You possess in-depth AI expertise, actively shape its responsible use in your area of responsibility, and act as an enabler for customers and internally at adesso.
• Language Skills: You communicate confidently, precisely, and professionally in German and English.
