Senior Agentic AI Engineer

What you will do

• Design and build enterprise-grade AI agents using modern orchestration frameworks
• Translate business processes and domain knowledge into scalable AI workflows
• Develop multi-step reasoning systems with tool/function calling capabilities
• Implement retrieval and grounding strategies using enterprise data and documents
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, internal systems and process triggers
• Improve reliability through evaluation, monitoring, structured outputs and fallback strategies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate and optimise solutions
• Support deployment, versioning and production-readiness activities
• Create clear technical documentation and support knowledge transfer

What you bring

• Strong experience building production-ready LLM or agentic AI applications
• Hands-on expertise with LangGraph and/or LangChain
• Experience working with GPT-family APIs or comparable LLM platforms
• Strong Python engineering skills and clean software development practices
• Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, enterprise systems and data sources
• Understanding of RAG, grounding strategies and LLM reliability patterns
• Experience with Git and collaborative Agile delivery environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with regular on-site collaboration in Hanau
