Senior Agile Project Manager (Capital Market + Product Owner)

You will be responsible for overseeing multiple cross-functional Scrum teams, ensuring alignment and high delivery performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading, mentoring, and supporting multiple Scrum teams in parallel, driving continuous process improvement. - Facilitating Agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospectives, stand-ups) to foster collaboration and efficiency. - Acting as the main point of coordination between development teams, business stakeholders, and product leadership. - Collaborating closely with Customer Business Stakeholders and Product Owners, providing direction, refining backlogs, and supporting product vision. - Monitoring project timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery across streams. - Utilizing data-driven insights to optimize team performance and report on product delivery health. - Cultivating a culture of transparency, collaboration, ownership, and accountability.

Qualifications required for this role include:

- 8+ years of experience in Agile project delivery as a Project Manager. - Ability to lead multiple Scrum teams simultaneously. - Experience delivering enterprise-grade projects in Capital Markets domain, ideally with Valuations or Market Risk focus. - Previous experience working as a Product Owner or Proxy PO. - Background in Business Analysis with strong analytical and requirements-gathering skills. - Proficiency in Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation abilities. - Certifications like PMI-ACP, PSM, or CSM (at least one required). - Demonstrated track record of delivering complex software solutions in agile environments.
