About the role

You will be responsible for overseeing multiple cross-functional Scrum teams, ensuring alignment and high delivery performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

Qualifications required for this role include:

- 8+ years of experience in Agile project delivery as a Project Manager. - Ability to lead multiple Scrum teams simultaneously. - Experience delivering enterprise-grade projects in Capital Markets domain, ideally with Valuations or Market Risk focus. - Previous experience working as a Product Owner or Proxy PO. - Background in Business Analysis with strong analytical and requirements-gathering skills. - Proficiency in Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation abilities. - Certifications like PMI-ACP, PSM, or CSM (at least one required). - Demonstrated track record of delivering complex software solutions in agile environments.
