This role is ideal for someone who actively builds—writing code, shaping systems, and leading by example—while also driving architectural decisions. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, cloud-native development, and applied AI, delivering production-grade solutions that power client transformation.
This is a client-facing role that may require travel up to 30%.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead with Engineering Excellence: Actively contribute to codebases and solution delivery, building scalable, maintainable software systems using modern engineering practices.
- Design AI-Powered Applications: Develop and implement applications leveraging Vertex AI, Gemini, and Agent Engine, with a focus on real-world, production-ready AI solutions.
- Build Cloud-Native Systems on GCP: Design and develop microservices-based applications using GKE, Cloud Run, and serverless architectures, emphasizing reliability and scalability.
- Develop Data & AI Pipelines: Engineer robust pipelines using BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub to support high-throughput AI and analytics workloads.
- Implement MLOps in Practice: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, model deployment workflows, and monitoring systems using Vertex AI and related tooling.
- Guide Engineering Teams: Provide technical leadership through code reviews, pair programming, and hands-on mentorship, ensuring high engineering standards.
- Client-Facing Engineering Leadership: Collaborate directly with clients to translate requirements into working software solutions, and communicate technical approaches clearly.
- Support Solutioning & Delivery: Partner with internal teams to shape practical, buildable architectures during pre-sales and delivery phases.
