We Are Hiring: Senior AI Automation Engineer

We are currently seeking a Senior AI Automation Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered automation systems supporting our next generation of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services for UK-based clients.

This is a foundational technical role responsible for building production-grade AI systems that automate business workflows across areas such as customer support, lead generation, recruitment screening, document processing, and internal knowledge systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to architect the company’s AI automation infrastructure, integrating Generative AI technologies with enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and HubSpot.

Key Requirements

• Expert-level Python and strong REST API experience

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, RAG pipelines, and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen)

• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search

• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate

• Experience deploying applications using Docker and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

• Experience with Node.js or C# will be considered an advantage.

• Candidates with experience building solutions for UK/European markets, or within BPO, SaaS, or Fintech environments, are strongly encouraged to apply.
