About the Company: per nota società di consulenza svizzera, i nostri Recruiter Engineer ricercano un Senior AI Delivery Lead.

Core Responsibilities: • Guidare l’implementazione di soluzioni AI enterprise-ready su Azure AI Studio + Cognitive Search + Power Platform; • Progettare architetture RAG con document intelligence, embedding pipelines, vector search e orchestrazione su Azure; • Costruire flussi M365 + AI (Power Automate, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Business Central); • Connettere LLM a sistemi reali (ERP, DMS, CRM, API interne, DB); • Condurre workshop tecnici e business, definire use case, stimare effort e generare business case concreti; • Portare in produzione automazioni AI robuste: monitoring, logging, governance, security; • Diventare il riferimento tecnico per i clienti che vogliono fare davvero AI (industria, servizi, legale, finance); • Formare e guidare un team di AI engineers e automation specialists.

Job Requirements

Must Have: • AI Engineering; • Azure AI Studio (prompt flow, deployments, evaluation) e Azure OpenAI (GPT, embeddings, assistants); • Cognitive Search / Vector Store / RAG patterns; • Prompt engineering & LLM chaining; • Document Intelligence (OCR/ICR, indexing, classifiers); • Cloud & Integration; • Azure Functions / Logic Apps; • API integration (REST/JSON), webhooks, service connectors; • DevOps pipelines (GitHub o Azure DevOps); • Microsoft 365 & Power Platform; • Power Automate (cloud flows & AI actions); • Power Apps / Dataverse; • SharePoint/Teams/Outlook integration; • Custom connectors.

Nice to Have: • Python o C# per orchestrazioni LLM; • Maturità su cybersecurity e governance AI; • Esperienza con clienti enterprise o PMI nel settore dei servizi professionali.
