ABOUT US

Stop building AI that never meets production. Build systems that actually make impact. Most AI roles stop at tweaking models or working on proof-of-concepts. Yours won't. At ML6, you design, build, and deploy AI solutions that are used in production at companies like GS1, Regnology and FUNKE.

YOUR IMPACT

• You are more than an engineer. You are a Tech Lead, builder, and consultant in one.
• Design and build end-to-end AI solutions
• Take systems from idea to production deployment
• Make architecture decisions and ensure scalability
• Lead teams of engineers
• Translate business challenges into technical solutions
• Work with Python, ML frameworks, GenAI, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Build scalable systems using MLOps and CI/CD
• Lend your technical expertise to client conversations to succesful start new opportunities

Time allocation: 70% client project work + 30% research, internal (domain) work and more. Note that ML6 is not an outsourcing firm, our agents work on projects together with a team of colleagues where autonomy is highly valued.

WHY YOU?

• 4+ years of working experience as a software, ML or AI engineer
• Proven track record in delivering end-to-end solutions (to production)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience leading projects or small technical teams
• Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical) in English and German
• Familiarity with MLOps principles and a passion for building robust, scalable systems
• Currently based in Europe, since relocation outside of Europe is not possible for this role today
