Senior AI Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building scalable AI systems, working with large datasets, and deploying machine learning models into production environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to build intelligent products that solve real-world problems for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Development • Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models. • Build and maintain scalable AI pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment. • Implement advanced algorithms for prediction, recommendation systems, NLP, or computer vision. • Develop AI-powered features for software products and platforms.

Model Deployment & MLOps • Deploy machine learning models to production environments. • Build automated ML pipelines using CI/CD and MLOps best practices. • Monitor model performance and retrain models when necessary. • Ensure models are scalable, secure, and production-ready.

Data Engineering & Processing • Work with large structured and unstructured datasets. • Build data pipelines for model training and inference. • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and dataset optimization.

Collaboration & Leadership • Work closely with product teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions. • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists. • Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

Research & Innovation • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and generative AI. • Evaluate and integrate new tools, frameworks, and AI technologies. • Contribute to AI research, experimentation, and innovation initiatives.

Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. • 5+ years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles. • Strong programming experience with Python.

Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as: • TensorFlow • PyTorch • Scikit-learn

Experience building and deploying models in cloud environments such as: • AWS • Google Cloud • Microsoft Azure • Experience with MLOps tools and workflows.
