Wir sind dabei unsere bestehende «Business Automation & Information Management Platform» mit neuen AI-Fähigkeiten zu ergänzen und diese in die Versicherungsprozesse zu skalieren.

Als Senior AI Expert gestaltest du unsere Lösungen zur agentischen Automatisierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse und bist als Teil unseres Teams für den Aufbau und die Realisierung einer übergreifenden Document-Understanding-Lösung zuständig. Zudem unterstützt du deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Umgang mit AI-Technologien.

Your Contribution

• Innovation: Du explorierst neugierig neue Themen und Technologien, von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung, und entwickelst Lösungsideen mit klarem Fokus auf Kundennutzen, Machbarkeit und Business Value.
• Analysis & Design: Du analysierst die fachlichen und technischen Problemstellungen in unseren Geschäftsprozessen und Workflows
• Technical Design: Du setzt Anforderungen nicht nur um, sondern denkst technisch mit, strukturierst diese und gestaltest aktiv nachhaltige Lösungen
• Ownership: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für den Betrieb, die Stabilität und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lösungen

Your Skills and Talents

• You have experience in understanding a business challenge, designing solution approaches, and transforming them into tangible, measurable added value together with a team.
• Higher education degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a similar field of application and adequate professional experience (at least the last 3 years focusing on AI/Machine Learning solutions).
• Experience with Agentic Workflows and RAG solutions.
• Experience with Agentic Coding Tools (e.g., Github Copilot, Codex, Claude Code).
• Very good Python skills and Java skills desirable.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure, or OpenShift).
• Very good German language skills.
