These Tasks Interest You

• You work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to identify and develop suitable AI use cases and ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into software systems.
• You develop data pipelines, data warehousing, and ETL processes to ensure efficient handling and processing of large datasets for AI applications.
• You process and analyze data to support the development of AI models and visualize them to identify patterns and ensure data quality.
• You design and develop AI-based software solutions in an agile environment using your expertise in AI and software development.
• You monitor AI solutions to ensure continuous performance.
• You stay up-to-date with developments in the field of AI and promote AI initiatives by sharing your knowledge with teams and communities.
• You support technical sales with your expertise.

Prerequisites

What Sets You Apart

• You have a degree or relevant experience in computer science with a specialization in AI.
• You have in-depth knowledge of AI technologies, data analysis, and statistics.
• You have strong programming skills in at least one of the prominent AI programming languages, such as Python, Julia, or C++, as well as in libraries like Torch, NumPy, Pandas, or Spark.
• You are familiar with various technologies in the AI ecosystem and use them strategically, e.g., Amazon SageMaker, Azure Data Studio, Databricks, or MLflow.
• You place great importance on high quality – this includes a deep understanding of software architectures, an affinity for conceptual clarity, and the use of design patterns and code reviews.
• You have the ambition to continuously develop yourself – whether through internal tech talks, cross-team communities, conferences, or research.
• You communicate openly and honestly, give constructive criticism, accept feedback, and want to continuously develop yourself personally.
• You have very good German and English skills (at least C1 level) for clear and confident communication within the team and with our partners.
