What You Will Be Doing

• Architecting AI‑powered workflows: Integrating diverse AI technologies, crafting effective prompts, and optimizing processes in response to input from domain specialists and end users.
• Constructing knowledge repositories and Second Brains: Leveraging large language models as specialized experts to create and sustain documentation that captures domain knowledge and distinctive organizational intelligence.
• Architecting and deploying data structures that enable contextual business logic support, maintaining efficient and scalable data architectures.

Senior AI Engineer Key Responsibilities

• Support LearnWith.AI in establishing market differentiation by producing personalized, engaging educational content through advanced AI technologies.

Basic Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience embedding large language models into production software systems (experience limited to chatbot development or basic coding assistants does not qualify).
• Clear, demonstrable interest in educational technology.

Working with Us

• This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
• The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
• Compensation: $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
