Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions across the business
• Apply AI to improve automation, forecasting, decision-making, and operational efficiency
• Develop and productionize LLM-based solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation and agentic workflows
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, data platforms)
• Build and maintain data pipelines and scalable AI systems
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, data, and business teams to solve real-world problems
• Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and AI platforms where appropriate
• Ensure solutions are production-ready, secure, and aligned with responsible AI practices

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science
• Proven experience building and deploying production-level AI/ML solutions
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data pipelines
• Experience applying AI to real-world business problems, not just research or academic use cases
• Strong understanding of system design, data pipelines, and model deployment
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment
• Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or industrial environments is a plus
